These days there are many types of spiritual healing and alternative therapies easily available to us. Everything from energy clearing to reiki to mindfulness coaching. The healthier we are emotionally and mentally, the more we can overcome stresses, and live to a higher potential. Spiritual healing can have a very beneficial effect on our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Reiki is a good example of spiritual or holistic healing, and Reiki is great for stress relief. Reiki healing is often used to help balance and align our chakra and meridian systems. These are energy centres and energy lines in and around our physical bodies. If they are blocked, over or underactive then our natural energy flow becomes affected.
